Joseph Harper

Joseph Harper joined Explorador in 2006 as an analyst focused on real estate
market opportunities in Latin America .  Prior to joining Explorador, he worked for BT Commercial, a real estate firm based in San Francisco .  From 2002-2004 Joseph worked in political advisory and democracy promotion throughout Latin America for the Washington , D.C. based International
Republican Institute.  Joseph currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Plaza Companies, an Arizona based real estate development firm focused on development of medical office buildings and senior living communities.

Joseph graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2001 majoring in History and Political Science.  He has worked and traveled throughout Latin America and the Caribbean since 2002, and is a fluent Spanish speaker.
